Do people really read tiny books?
Absolutely! A better question might be, do people really read LONG books. When was the last time you read a 400 page book from cover to cover? And no, the sports illustrated swimsuit collection from 2012-2022 doesn’t count.
Completion Bias for the win.
You far more likely to create good will with your clients and community by writing a book that they can (and will) actually finish.
The motivation to finish a tiny book that introduces a big idea that actually is helpful/useful to your ideal audience/quintessential client is strong.
Completion bias, and the dopamine dump that people get from actually finishing a short book tells them that they are also more likely to complete your courses, cohorts, coaching program, community challenges, etc.
